Facebook Conection

On february 19th morning I lost the connection between waze and Facebook, I've tried to connect again with no success, on the Facebook page showed that waze were connected, then I deleted the waze app on Facebook, then connected again to Facebook on waze app, on the facebook page it told me that waze were an installed app, but on the waze app (or internet) it is still asking to connect with Facebook. I also tired installing the waze app on Facebook. But no success, always on Facebook It says I'm connected to waze, but on waze it says I'm not connected.

Does some one is having the same problem? Solutions??

Same/similar problem here. I've been searching the forum for suggestions. Found a few - none worked. Love the Waze concept, but there's been lots of strange bugs lately. Seems like recent upgrades may have caused issues. Wish I was using a version from a couple of months ago...

Hello.
I run Waze on a HTC Sensation / Android 4.0.3.

I also have this problem.
Since 2 or 3 weeks I do not see FB friend pictures (including mine) in Waze. I thought there was a link problem with FB so I disconnected FB in Waze parameters, then tried to reconnect, without success.
When I click on the connection button a turning wheel "Connection..." appears and keep displayed infinitely. I can stop it by clicking the back button. Then Waze says it is connected to FB but it's wrong. Nothing work and when I go in the FB tab on "My ranking" it displays a button "Connect with Facebook".

I tried to remove the Waze app access in Facebook. Nothing changes.
I tried to add Waze app access again, but from Facebook. Nothing changes.
I tried to disconnect/reconnect the Facebook app, and the Facebook link on the phone (= delete the FB account in HTC Sense), and also to disconnect/reconnect on mobile.facebook.com with the browser. Nothing changes.
I also tried to remove all sessions and devices from my Facebook account.

I analysed the logs and nothing seems to happen after I click on "Connect to facebook" in Waze:

then, absolutely nothing linked to FB seems to happen.


It looks like that functionality is not working anymore.

Any suggestion?

Fixed by reinstalling Waze.
