rout server working >50%

I enjoy using Waze but does anyone else have the issue with the rout server only working about 50% of the time or less? I use the windows version, does people on other versions have this issue or is this just a windows thing? It errors out and never give me instructions on how to get some where so I try 5 mins later and some times it works and other times it does not. It also lose the server sometimes mid drive and does not come back until I tell it where I'm going again. I feel like I need two GPS my Garmin that always gets me where I'm going 100% of the time, and Waze that gets me where I'm going less then 50% of the time but gives me other info like traffic that my Garmin can't do. Is there any idea when Waze will up date the server to handle more people so it can be 100% reliable?

I don't think we are talking about the same thing. You are talking about the dashboard I'm talking about the rout server. When I tell my phone to get me some where that is the rout server and it is not reliable.

Yes, I have been seeing this myself the last couple of weeks.
It starts to do the alternate route thing when I startup Waze then gives me the "Route Server is unavailable" or something. My GPS signal is strong and the network connection is connected with max bars via 3G.

usually, I go into "Drive To" and choose my destination and most of the time it gives me the routes. Sometimes I have to do this multiple times. Maybe it's just the server being bogged down. Probably time for Waze to start upgrading/adding more servers into the mix to handle the load.
