"marking" a location for later update

bit of a newbie me.

We all were once.

I actually like the idea of a double-tap, or perhaps a swipe up instead of left of the report button, indicating a "later" request.

could it possible as a driver to "mark" a position as you drive by a situation say by tapping the screen twice? for example as you drive past a broken down car in the middle of the road it is not possible as a driver to enter any data. but you could pull over or while stuck at lights a few minutes later then report. any thoughts on this?
