Question: I have an old IP 3g, installed Waze several times and I have always the same message: No GPS reception, Sorry, there´s no GPS reception in this location. Make sure you are outdoors.
I can´t report, I dont have any sounds, when open waze founds my location, and then it gets lost.... It used to work perfect just before I update the software to the lattes version.

Google Bluetooth GPS receivers. It sounds like your problem is with the GPS chip in your iPhone. However a good diagnostic question would be, how does the GPS work in other apps. If you have difficulties maintaining signal in those apps it is your GPS and your only real option is an external GPS antenna.

This is the one I use, it's primarily marketed to the apple market though it also works great with my Android. There are some cheaper ones out there, but I only have experience with this one.

Would be nice to have a button to save current GPS position as a location or favorite in the client. Many times I am out venturing or just driving around and if I see a park, spot, or whatever, it just would be nice to mark that location and save it, so I can navigate back to it later using "Navigate" function.
