Report on BOTH Lanes

Hello!

When driving in high velocity roads, specially free-ways and highways (or even in regular roads - but when you need to enter some text) sometimes the same type of landmark exists in both directions of the lane, for example gas stations of the same company/brand.
Because each report saves the current GPS it is not possible to report both landmarks and enter a brief description with the same GPS, unless there is a feature to report BOTH lanes simultaneously whenever the landmark and description are the same.

Is it possible to implement this 3rd option in the Lane option?
