Hi All,
I think, it would be great if we can get individuals to advertise as well. Their mood act as an advertisement that will be visible to those in the area (close proximity). It can pop up for the near by drivers. This way, local small businesses will contribute to the advertisement income. Those who advertise with Waze will also help spread the word about Waze. I think this could be win win.

Small businesses already have the opportunity to advertise. The entry rates are very low.

Yes, I know that but this would be even smaller scale. Using the individual's mood as and ad. I was thinking more of a monthly fee like a club membership. Perhaps around $9.99 per month.
