Map editors posting questions on maps?

Just wondering what thoughts other map editors have to having a feature on the map editor that we could add a little note, such as "What street name is this" and it would pop up on the screen of the next Wazer on that street until the question is answered and we can then update the map?

It has been done before. It's not necessarily a recommended method, though. But it could be effective.
