New Report Type - Traffic Lights Out

Hello,

I'm in South Africa and we have a fantastic growing WAZE following here.

One of the report type that is sorely needed is a "Traffic Lights Out" report.

We are plagued by badly maintained infrastructure, and this would be hugely beneficial to us.

If WAZE could also route around those traffic lights as it takes anything from 1 minute to 10 minutes to get through those intersections if the lights are out.

Suggested several time. Please search before posting.

Waze should automatically detect the jams at these lights when they are not functioning & route you around them. Remember, sometimes it's still faster to go through the jam, and other times you are the jam ( or at least the one telling the Waze servers about it).
