User registration in the NA server

Hi all,

We had a problem with NA registration process.
The database has reached its max user ID and all the registrations failed with a "duplicate entry" error.
We have solved the problem.

The problem affected the user registration on 2012-10-17, from 03:31:57 to 09:27:44.
