Can someone tell me who madmax is? Also have you seen a large jump in points from this user? I have noticed this user has touched every unlocked segment of highway and ramp in Pinellas County, but I do not see any obvious real edits from this user which has me confused. I am in the process of (re)locking the highway system, however I am under the suspision that this might be another points script.
