The road looks like its shown but not a road that can be traveled on by the routing software. One portion looks like it takes you off the road. Also between Skyridge road and Lincoln road on i-25 is backed up every day around 7-9am and the software never routes you off the freeway at Castle Pines where the road seems to jog.

shaio, I think it would be more efficient if you sent a PM, or use the email address provided by Tony.

This is "new" construction linking Castle Pines to Ridgegate Pkwy, so another case of outdated aerials (Google's are more recent). If this road is anything like the other I-25 frontage roads it'll have a 55mph speed limit which seems to match up with cartouche_old's averages.

I'm also guessing shaio/tbasco's route is longer than 10km so even though this alternative looks all connected as far as routing is concerned, it being not a freeway/highway/primary gives it a nice penalty.
