Update MAP request Auburn, AL, USA

Someone changed a primary two way street to one way. I have corrected the issue but the map hasn't updated in 2 months. BTW, this is not the only problem in this area. it's like someone maliciously or a point whore just changed it. or someone made a huge error. Here are two bad maps points that I route through daily/weekly and it's frustrating that it goes so wrong.

I have made the changes to fix these, but waiting for map update is frustrating.

It looks like you've already made the updates. If you're expecting a post in this forum to get your client maps update, it's not going to happen. Those run on a cycle and we all just have to wait for them. Maps are currently updated through July 24 (give or take a day). The Update Requests forum is for the purpose of asking editors with permissions to make changes in areas for which you don't have permissions.

While we're waiting for the next update, I'm going to offer some constructive criticism on the edits you've made.

In your second link, those parking lot segments you added for the Baptist Church should not have any name. If you want to show the church on the map, you can create a Landmark and name it. The segment types should be set to Parking Lot Road. In reality, unless those parking lots have caused traffic problems on the adjacent streets, they don't even need to be there.

Here, you edited this, but didn't set the turn restrictions properly to prevent U-turns at the end of the split segments. However, this little segment doesn't even need to be split. One side should be deleted, then straighten out the other side and make it two-way. Having that little area split doesn't add any value to the map. (I realize you didn't create it, but part of cleaning up an area includes getting rid of stuff that complicates things.)
