TTTTTTTTFTI believe the reported error results from the west bound on-ramp to the I10 West from the west bound El Monte Busway (HOV) being too close to the ramp that is immediately adjacent to it. Per the aerials, it needs to be adjusted northward some at the point of the reported error.

OK, I tweaked it a little and hopefully that will take care of it.
I'll keep an eye on it and see if anything pops up again.
