The segments you had selected were NOT locked.
I did unlock several nearby segments.
Please make sure and lock everything you think appropriate to lock.

Thank You. I have been correcting a significant amount of errors on US HWY 10, MN, but have not locked any segments yet. I can now drive from Fargo ND to ST Cloud MN with out any errors in direction.
