Unlocked. Please 'q' each junction before setting turn restrictions as there is reverse connectivity between segments.

Many of the highlighted allowed turns at these junctions need correction/disabling in order to clean up the intersection and address a reported map problem.

Maybe with them unlocked, someone went in and adjusted them. I don't see the same turn restrictions from when I first posted the unlock request.
The junctions are 90 degree angles but from I recall a couple days ago, the turn restrictions weren't accurate. Some of the segments reference updated today and since I'm knew I don't know if that is just because they were unlocked. Anyway, at the moment I don't see anything wrong and should probably mark it as solved.
