Old Cheney Rd needs connection to Rolling Hills Blvd.

I need to connect Rolling Hills Blvds to Old Cheney Rds, but when I do so, it complains I did something to something locked and makes me throw away the changes (which is a bit editor-unfriendly). I think it should be an A-shaped intersection else from experience it could induce a "make a left and then make a right" instruction in the navigation which could be misinterpreted as "drive into the oncoming lane", and that type of change fixed that problem elsewhere on Old Cheney Rd. The unlocks are needed to make the intersection.
