If you are talking about the "cant go straight from exit across buford highway", the 'straight through' path SHOULD be forbidden!

However, the ramp is not currently locked but it does have the 'green arrow' to through traffic.
It should NOT. In fact, the only locked road around was locked by a level 1 editor.

There ARE several problems in the area including a 'red road' to the south a bit and some 'u-turn' connections. (the color highlighter extension is quite useful for finding such problems) http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/141050
