Difference between dashboard and client reporting

Why does my Waze client show my rank as 26809 with 16996 points while my online dashboard shows my rank 119965 with 16997 points, even though the dashboard shows recently updated?

The client is showing you your rank in your country (state if in the US), while the dashboard is showing your rank for all users of the server. There is a bit more information here: http://www.waze.com/wiki/index.php/Your_Rank_and_Points. Although, I don't see a direct answer to your question there.

There is difference between dashboard and scoreboard in my case, around 1500 points... There were small differences for long time, but only ca. 70... Just wondering...

Yes, difference was 30 points and now 1030
