Tonight (around 22:40 CET), only the bottom half of the maps loaded after startup. Shortly thereafter, the app crashed (icon remained visible in the notification bar).

The next start, the app started fine. Sending logs failed, probably because I switched from wifi to 3G at that moment. When I sent the logs manually, everthing worked fine. No more issues after that.
Normally a HTC Desire S - Stock ROM (Android 2.3.5), but temporarily back to my G1 (HTC Heart) - Froyo by Laszlo ROM - Waze 3.6

No need to repeat yourself ;)

I'm getting a weird rendering problem where it looks like the traffic colour coded roads are striping across the screen intermittently, almost like glowing on and off. Its not overly noticeable, but still...
First startup after install causes Android to want to force close, but pressing wait works fine.

I too started seeing rendering artifacts in my area as soon as I upgraded to this Beta. Many of them take the form of grey lines, the same width as regular roads, but they appear to run between geometry nodes on the same road or between two different roads.

Also, several of the roads in my area (including minor & major highways) have places where they double back over themselves repeatedly--and when navigating, if those segments are part of the route the entire "scribble" is highlighted. The car continues to move along the actual road as usual, but it's as though the road segments have a bunch of spurious geometry nodes, or they were read out of order when the tile was generated.

The livemap and editor map do not show any of these errors, and since they seem to come and go as the map moves, my conclusion is that it's a bug in the client's drawing code, rather than in the tile-rendering process. I don't know the full extent of the problem because I have only driven in this area since upgrading to this Beta, but it's a good place to start looking. Navigating from Main St in Rockport to Eastern Ave/Route 128 in Gloucester shows a couple really messed up places, plus both rotaries (roundabouts) in the area are being drawn on the client with Major Highway segments running right through the middles of the circles in a crosshatch pattern.

On a more positive note, the display does seem to have sped up enough to (mostly) eliminate the display lag and server timeout issues that I have reported in previous versions, starting with the first 3.x beta that I tried.

I tried the italian TTS yesterday. The male/female voice are working fine (though they should be a little louder).
But they read in italian the wrong strings: "In two hundred meters, at the roundabout, turn left, third exit, E POI (and then, in italian) turn right in VIALE ITALIA (Correctly pronounced italian street)"

Moreover there's another annoying bug, but I don't know if it's related to blame or the music player. When I use Waze connected via bluetooth in my car the music starts to play. Then I can pause it if I don't want to listen to it. When Waze starts to speak the music starts again automatically. That's not so bad, I can cope with it.

When you pan the map, you will see place and streetnames apearing (fading in).
sometimes, they keep continuesly appearing.

Today it got into a weird loop where it would ask me if I was going to work, I would tell it to navigate there, it would spin to calculate route, and then ask me again if I was going to work, It did this four times, and then the calculating route wouldn't stop. I let that go on for about 7 miles before I sent logs, and restarted Waze. Didn't have an issue with that after that. It also had an issue of not having a network connetion when I did.

Logs were sent at ~14:15 Central (GMT -5)

Still running ok. Pings don't automatically bring up the keyboard in landscape and hitting the send button next to the text box does nothing but enter on the keyboard sends

Haven't seen this one posted yet ... my navigational "History" list is empty. My favorites are all there, including the additional entries when I hit the "Favorites" button ... but when I hit the "History" button, there is nothing listed there, just a blank screen with the "History" title and a "Close" button at the top. I know that there should be some navigational history, since I use the navigate function frequently ... but it's blank.

Also, still haven't been able to get ASR functioning on my Commando (as mentioned in the first post on page 5 of this thread). :|

Very stable version so far.

Only once, I have experienced the problem in the attached image: street names with missing letters.

Hi, I tried this version yesterday om my EVO 3D in Mexico, result: so everything works fine, only the TTS is terrible. The spanish language is not understandable, seems as it says some words in english (left, right) and also the rest is very hard to understand. Also the volume of the voice is much lower than the prior commandos.
I also noticed that from now and then the voicr typ chanced from TTS to old commandos and back, and between male and female voice.
I tried with voice languages Spanish Mexico and Spanish LATAM, both male and female, none of them is ok.
