A couple of issues so far:

1. After driving for about 5 miles, I tried to start navigation. With three different destinations, Waze "could not find destination point" (or words to that effect); one of those destinations was actually showing on the screen with a "B" flag on it, but routing couldn't find it. I restarted Waze, and navigation was normal, no problems. I sent the logs at 2145EDT.

2. ASR does not appear to be working for me. I enabled it in settings, but nothing happens on three-tap or hover. I do have Google voice recognition on my phone (details in my sig), and other ASR apps (Google Voice Search, MyTranslator, etc.) are functioning properly ... but no ASR function in Waze for me.

I am now seeing a "Debug" in the menu, was Waze beta already in debug mode or is this new?

All waze beta were in Debug mode by default.

But the "* Nearby Wazer - tapping the arrow will not take you to see the wazer" is working...

Actually it was not on by default. In the previous version I got a PM from Perlin asking me to turn it on. I thought once it was on it was on but Perlin told me you had to manually turn it on each version, and that it would be fixed in the next.

hi to all
tts: recognize words (italian language) is very good
but the navigation instructions in italian language are rather bad: must be louder, the quality of voice is rather bad (seems that the "woman" voice is talking by phone with bad connection),
i am not italian mothertounge, may be this is a casue that i can't understand the first words when the woman begins to give istructions...

Feature Suggestion:

Freeways and most major highways are often formatted in two parallel one-way streets.
That makes it sort of impossible to report any events / hazards for the other driving direction.

Would it be possible to make the event reporting a little smarter?
That if I am on a one way “major highway/Freeway” and report anything for the other driving direction, it should report this on the parallel street which has the same type and name (if exist).

• Network connection now ok
• TTS in Italian works only if I set English as language, otherwise it speaks in French or German. Tried switching back and forth, no luck
• TTS volume is way softer than standard directions
• Crashes frequently when I call someone while using Waze (same as with the store version)

I have tried this new version this morning for about 3 km and I must say that compared to the previous beta version I have a big problem as regards the TTS because now the voice is a mixture of languages ​​(Italian and English) and then you don't understand anything!

for example the voice says: "fra 200 metri turn left in via lincoln e poi left in piazza sant'antonio"!!!

positive: connection to the server and to gps; TTS reads good the name of the street.

Negative: tts mixing different languages.
