Today waze started in some misterious language (maybe dutch), but portuguese brazilian is set. Just to make a test, I installed it on Iphone (normal version) and .... still in "dutch", and Portuguese-BR selected !

Same problem here. It started today.

That's not Dutch but something Scandinavian... Swedish?
Normally a HTC Desire S - Stock ROM (Android 2.3.5), but temporarily back to my G1 (HTC Heart) - Froyo by Laszlo ROM - Waze 3.6

Looks Swedish or Finnish. Definitely a Germanic language, but not as far South. Doesn't fix your problem though. But Waze have it here, so I'm sure they'll see it and hopefully fix it.

Contact support... They have misplaced a translation file on the server.

And oddly enough I dont have the vertical lines bug that others reports having.


Just confirmed the issue on my phone, I rarely use landscape mode.

In portrait mode, "Pave Road" shows as an option after hitting the "Map Issue" icon. Not sure why "Gas Prices" doesn't show in landscape mode -- that needs to be corrected.

And speaking of needing to correct the Gas Prices function ... I'm still getting force-close errors every time that I try to update the prices at a gas station for which I have previously reported the prices. (Another pile of logs uploaded today over this issue ... sure glad I'm on an unlimited data plan! :P)

Well, on my Galaxy Mini to push the report button causes force close error (even if it's still running andi can go back from the upper "notification" -or whatever it called- menu to the program). But every time I want to pave a road, or report something it just closes. C'mon. I need to reinstall the actual version from google play. :S
