Okay, I had the time to test the beta more thoroughly over the long holiday weekend here in Austria.
The following issues occurred on my Galaxy S I9000:
Gas Price icon not present in landscape mode (as shown before)
I've encountered the blocked text once. Restarting the app helped.
Sometimes the app just goes black. It's usually after pressing a button (report or menu). The routing seems to continue in the back since there's still voice output but nothing on screen. Main menu can be opened via hardware button and is also shown but I can't exit the app or do anything else.
I've had a weird case of the app crashing when trying to navigate to an address with a house number. Navigating to normal street names worked, also no problem with favorite. I can supply the address, if needed.
Sometimes the app doesn't close. I press the return button and select Exit but the app remains in background (the icon in the notification bar still shows). I have to start Waze again and then hope for a proper quitting. It might be related to turning the phone sideways while the app is quitting. Maybe that somehow interrupts the quitting-process.
Don't know if this is beta related or not: I had a routed planned but took another road that was not yet recorded. The road went fairly parallel to the already existing one so I could always see it. While I was paving the new road, the existing one started showing a delay and the average speed would go down the longer I was not on that road. I don't think this should happen. It seems Waze thought I was on the road (since the route was still showing) but I wasn't and this lead to showing the delay.

I remeber a previous issue in which you had to change the "Level of guidance" to full to be able to change it, I am already at full and have no option of changing. I have tried changing the language to "english" and in "Level of guidance: Minimum" changed naviation guidance to "English UK (Carole)".
But as soon as I go back to "Level of guidance: Full", the "General\Navigation Guidance" is in "Portuguese (BR) Female" with no other options to select.
The TTS language changes according to your current position and "speaks" the native language of the country you're at. It's going to be changed in the future.
