UK maps on iphone - some road names missing

I'm fairly new to this so apologies if my question is in the wrong place.

How come several road names as missing (shown as "street/road without name") when openstreetmaps shows them, as does the "skobbler" app, based on the same maps?

For example Rosebay Avenue in Billericay

The waze maps are local to waze. In base map countries, the data came from another source, but that for sure was not OSM.

The other possibility is that another user edited the map to add the road, and didn't finish the job of putting a name on it.

The power of Waze, is that you can fix it (as long as you have driven near here).

Go to Live Map -> Update Map, and find the issue and fix it. Please make sure to follow the guidelines in the wiki linked in my sig.

FYI, neither of those apps use waze data. They use openstreetmaps data which is nothing to do with waze at all.
If you have any questions about editing, please ask instead of doing what many do, and just go ahead and edit incorrectly. I cover Essex, so please if you need any help, just give me a shout, I'll be more than willing to help.
