Report Flags not Expiring

How long do “Report Flags” live before they disappear by themselves? Today, I see some that are over 8-hours old?

Anybody else experiencing this as you are out driving around today?

The reports expire after some time, usually a couple of hours by my experience.

This reminds me of something I saw a few weeks ago. I was heading home from NJ and there was a jack knifed tractor trailer a few miles ahead. It just happened a few minutes ahead of me and there were no exits between me and the wreck other than the one where all traffic was being detoured so I spent about an hour at a standstill. Anyway, while I was sitting there, a report from one of the info feeds popped up and it was saying something like 8 hours ago. So in that case at least there was obviously some time conversion issue going on. I haven't noticed it with a user submitted report though.
