Is this ever going to be fixed? Really off-putting, not just to me but other Wazers too.

That should only happen if you delete the previous version first. I've never seen this happen. And unless people just don't say anything, I don't think this is a widespread issue.

Runs finally fine on 3GS and 5, except for the resize of the logo (ugly) at startup on iPhone 5

Ugly logo switch/resize happens on iPhone 4 and iPad as well.

Positive: It works upside-down again - coffeecupholder-mode.

No-so-positive: It still does not close reliably in background *). It restarts sometimes when closed. The mails in the mailbox are un-read again **).

*) It does not close if you change to another app via the notification-centre.

**) This is consistent with the loss of (some) local settings (I did not notice colorscheme revert, though)

Still think that the pop-up notifications (like radar alert) should be shortened few pixels (wide), as it stays right in front of your route when driving! Maybe the solution would be making it more like a square on the right side (instead of occuping the half upper side of nav screen).

- Closing the dialogue boxes still sucks. The 'thanks' comment should revert to the tick and the close box made larger (i.e. the way it was before 3.5)
- Random reports completely unrelated to your journey still keep popping up with no way to turn them off.
- Reporting traffic on the opposite side of the road still appears on your side. If this cannot be fixed the option should be removed altogether.
- When I don't have an internet connection why can I not save a report? The dialogue indicating 'try again later' is ridiculous. Should I drive back to where I was in 5 mins and try again?!
- Still need an option to flag a road as closed.

If Waze had spent half the energy improving the core purpose of the app, i.e. a traffic reporting application than the that meaningless social networking integration it would be a superb application.

Well, i updated my waze (i use ios 5.1.1 and a Iphone 4) and still having problems to use it. Everytime i start the app it crashes and freezes and doesn´t matter what i´m doing on it. Where do i send this log to?

Just returned from my first navigating trip with the latest version.

No crashes. Nothing amiss in any way. Audio adjustment works great.
