Could you please enable "ice on road" weather hazard report (at least in the next beta)? also via waze menu, not only via voice command?...we got winter already here and it would be really useful

Most of the time, when I enter in "My Waze", "My Scoreboard", and then I tap the second choice "Friend", I get an empty screen containing the top part of the screen for "Everyone" (something like firts picture), and then after a little while (1 or 2 secondes), it comes to the right screen for my choice (see second picture).

In France, separator is not a comma... It is a space !
(in the picture, this means 1 integer and 3 decimals). It should be 1 928 and not 1,928.

Speaking about zoom levels, if I zoom in all the way (zoom level 1) then press the "-" icon six times (zoom level 7) no highways are displayed. In theory then, the zoom level should be limited to level 6, or continue to show the highways at the higher zoom levels.

I could need to zoom out to see another town then zoom in again !

I agree with you. I am just saying that if I zoom out so that I can see a town that is 50 miles away, I should be able to see the highway (or highways) that go there and the road conditions. I personally prefer the color coding over the bubble alerts.

I also notice that the interstate freeway is not displaying on the map here.

In further looking at the interstate issue, the road displays fine. The freeway is further west. But the shield displays to the east of the road at times.

I'm seeing these misplaced shields more frequently now.

Waze crashed at the splash screen for me on a new inofficial Android 4.2.1 ROM on my Nexus One. No idea if you're interested in this, since it's an inofficial ROM, but maybe there's something wrong with general 4.2.1 compatibility, who knows?

So far I never had a problem like that with Waze, even though I've been running inofficial ROMs for a long time now. Also, other navigation software works (Google & Navigon).

Does it crashes every time? Often? Just this one time?

It's totally legit to put here also suggestions and feature requests, in addition to bug reports.
It's not getting lost, as I'm following everything you wrote and take it under consideration.

Will waze.uservoice.com be taken down then?

As far as I know there aren't any plans to take it down.

I believe I mentioned earlier that on my new Droid DNA that Waze has tiny unreadable fonts, but it also has some display issues. In portrait mode the speedometer is partially obscured by the alerts button:

In landscape mode, the problem is worse, with the speedometer and the zoom out button both obscured to some degree by the alerts button, and the "center map here" button almost completely hidden:
