Why is the traffic colour different on both roads ?
Traffic is the same (we were all in the similar traffic jam), our speeds are the same...

Do you have a permalink? I would assume that the average speed on the two roads is different so 29km/h may be 39% or 41% of normal average. I'm not sure if the levels for the different colors are documented somewhere.

Arrow 1 is the red traffic, according to the direction of the little red arrow.
Arrow 2 is the yellow traffic, where I was on !
