Multi-lingual scoreboard today...

On the world server, in both 3.5.0.0 and 3.5.1.4 Android clients, I've been getting a variety of languages appearing at the top of the scoreboard pages. It's happening when I'm connected via wifi at home and via 3G on the road, and the languages seem to change at random each time I restart the client - the screengrabs below were taken within a few seconds of one another without doing anything to the client other than tapping the scoreboard sub-page selection buttons...
Is this some cunning plan of Waze's to teach us all some other languages, or has, as I suspect is slightly more likely, the server just gone on the blink again?
