I'm not sure if the folks at Waze are already well aware:

So far, the blog post (
http://www.waze.com/blog/) mentions AppRadio. But I believe I've heard in the past that Waze is looking to integrate with vehicles more, and not just for media, but for car diagnostics, finding gas stations based on actual fuel left, etc.
