Anyway, I not yet see an official answer to the missed popup report issue.
In my opinion, limiting it at 5km's, it was a good feature when you are moving inside cities.
The popups that now appears are the group popups only; these ones are completely useless and they will appear also when moving. This is bad.
Any developer can help us?

There was an answer from Perlin in the ios 3.5.99.2 beta thread about the pious. I can't recall exactly what it is, and I do know I felt confused by the answer, but I believe Waze knows all about it.
