Any idea who gets these? Gold, silver and bronse + monster? And where did the VIP badges/jumping avatars go? Seen on iPad mini.

Gold silver and bronze are the top three wazers in your country/area the monster is a special one, search the forums for it (special moods) as for the jumping ones, they are still there as far as I'm aware

Open in the application Menu -> My Waze -> Scoreboard -> About Levels. The gold/silver/bronze is explained there.

I think the question was not about top 3 moods, but why are those wazers on screenshots (incl. monster) giants (noticeably bigger than others on map)?
second question was: where have VIP mega-*-wazers gone? in previous versions they were jumping up/down, now the are not.

To your 2nd question: VIP mega-moods are no longer available and the Waze team is working on 'improving' it. viewtopic.php?f=14&t=38259#p347995
I just hit 50,000km a few weeks ago, so I'm a bit disappointed that it's gone but not really the end of the world for me.
