Register new account

I have a Galaxy III phone which has an existing waze account. I plan to pass the phone to a family member and I want to register a new account on that phone.m however, there don't seem to be an option to do,that. How can I register a new account ?

Uninstall Waze application and Install it again. Then it will ask to use existing account or create new!

I did reinstall but did not see the option to register an account. How ever, I just reinstalled and saw the option. Problem fixed. Thanks.

Go to android settings -> App settings.
Then go to waze and remove all cache data.
Then go to waze and remove all cache data.
