After yesterday's update starting Waze does not activate GPS and no other app can use GPS until a reboot of the phone. Tested this in many scenarios, including closing all but critical apps. In every case GPS works normally until Waze is started.
I love WAZE, is it possible to get the previous version back?

Ware you prompted for an update?
Try doing "clean" install. Wipe cache, wipe data, force stop, uninstall. Delete Waze folder. Reboot the phone and install again from Play Store.
Hardware:
HTC One JB 4.1.2
Galaxy Nexus GT-I9250 JB 4.2.2
Galaxy Tab 7.7 GT-P6800 JB 4.1.2

Yes it prompted me that it needed to be updated.
I did uninstall, wiped data and cache, and reinstalled from the Play store. Only thing I didn't do was the kill the folder. Guess I could try that. I'd rather just get the last version back...
