As all of you already know, we've created new day and night map-schemes.
It's very important for us to hear what you think about them and whether you're satisfied.
We took all of your comments you've wrote under consideration and we are now changing things, but we want to hear what you think again and get your updated and specific comments (if you already wrote your feedback on it- please write again).

If you don't like it- tell us what exactly you don't like and how do you think it can be improved.
Be as specific as you can. We're looking for technical comments - visibility, mapping, etc..
We're not looking for personal taste comments.

I've created a form where you can leave your feedback and it will be more easy for us to collect it.

I've worked out that the "me on map" button stops working after calculating alternate routes completes.

Can anyone else confirm this? I failed to reproduce.

I think this has been brought up, but I find I run into it more and more: the distance at which a goodie/candy will be "eaten" is smaller in the beta version than the current released app version. There is an intersection where a candy almost always appears for me (editing bonus). It is an intersection that isn't extremely wide, but enough such that when I drive through it, unless I steer much closer to the center of the intersection instead of the right-turn lane area, I will not pick up the candy. The same intersection with the released version never fails to pick up the candy at the same spot.

Something was changed between the last production version and the beta. In an early version of 2.x, driving past a candy or road goodie or whatever wasn't that unusual for me, but it ended completely (at least on correctly edited roads) after one of the upgrades, and never happened again until the beta came out. It's happened twice for me at an intersection that hasn't been edited since 2011. Either the radius has changed, or they're being placed using a different process.

Please send me logs that contains this scenario (in which you couldn't eat the candy even though you were close to it). Also mention the date & time of the drive.

We definitely still have problems with the social features and they're not finished yet. We're still working on them and changing things - client side and server side. This beta is not a release candidate, so you don't have to worry that this is how things will look and act in the official release. This is why your feedback is very important to us and help us fix, change and improve things. The next beta will include a lot of bug fixes, especially for the meetup menu features.

The issue about gas price with Portuguese - Brazil still not working...

Do you have problems entering the decimal separator (, or .)?
If yes, Waze could simply allow entering the 4 digits.
Automatically formatting would be done by Waze, with no error, based in the County.

Weird, because it is working fine for me, entering 3 or 4 digits. I made 2 tests this morning.

Format Portuguese-Brazil but my mobile language and waze language is in english.


The name of last user to update is visible, as you can see.

The only problem I had was that well known problem of Name/Brand. We still seen only its brand.

I was just suggesting, positive feedback, based in your post. Currently in Portugal the gas station prices feature is not available yet... so I cannot really test it.
