1. Set a route
2. Add a stop
3. Drive for a few miles
4. Request alternate routes
5. Look at the map view, zoom in and pan around
6. Tap select the tabs for the alternate routes
7. Tap the list button
8. Tap back

What happen: the route line to the stop point is purple instead of pink.

Known issue. It will happen even if you don't select the map view and just go back from the alternate routes list.

Okay, it worked today. Previous attempts did not bring up the confirmation dialog box. It looks like there is a bug in there somewhere because it should always do it, not just sometimes.

Issue?: Where do you choose which fb account to link to of you want to change? Some people have linked under a spouse account and now want to use their own, or change to a special account for Waze sharing only. This has been brought up by other users and I can't see where to change it.

Apparently it was a server issue and was fixed today.

Waze pulls the credentials from the FB app that's installed on your device. Currently it's not possible to connect to one account through the app and to another through waze. It's gotta be synced.

That makes a certain amount of sense. So, if the facebook account changes on the device (iOS settings), does Waze automatically "discover" or figure that out and either disconnect and/or alert the user so they can go through the facebook permissions allowed for Waze again? Or does it automatically connect with the same settings as before? (I imagine facebook would block the attempts to connect until the user explicitly granted the rights.)

I was gonna post a ton of issues and crashes this evening, went in to upload logs first and there was only one. On closer inspection it appears I'm back on 3.5 after syncing my phone ...

Why is the beta a lower version that the iTunes version it replaces? Looks like I'll be reinstalling :-(

Be careful when syncing/updating with this beta installed.

No, waze doesn't discover the change automatically. You need to disconnect from FB (under "social networks") and connect again and you'll be asked to select the relevant account. Once you do that, your settings will be restored.
