Selected to join iPhone beta group, phone changed

Dear team,

I tried to reach you by email about my problem but still have no update since 1 month.

When I got selected to join the beta iphone group, I had an iPhone 4 that has been changed by my company nearly the same week without advice.
I'm now using an iPhone 5 but can't install any beta version, since, I bet, my UDID changed.

How could my iPhone informations could be updated ?

Send an email to beta@waze.com with your new UDID. You may or may not be able to get in to the very next version, but you won't be able to access the current beta.

iOS and Tapatalk have conspired to screw up this post.
