How to install beta on IOS

Have tried to install the beta on IOS by opening the link from my phones browser.
This replaces my existing Waze icon with a white icon labelled waiting. After sometime I see the message unable to download - retry.
What am I doing wrong, is there another step I need to do first so I can access the beta download?

Are you registered to beta test the Waze iOS app?

Apologies, I had tried this in the past and received the same error. When it displayed today, I posted before retrying. Retrying worked this time - I have the beta now.
BTW I think I emailed beta@waze.com a while ago with my UDID, but I don't recall getting a reply and I wasn't sure what the process was to be added after that.
