the application only has options to report police, hazzard, accident or traffic, I cannot find a way to report a freeway closure, a construction zone, a freeway closed exit, please somebody teach me how if there is a way.

Closed roads are currently not available... There is some work going on in the Beta versions, but it is not fully operational yet... You can always report it as a Hazard with a description of "Road Closed" or "Exit Closed"...
