User Reperts not showing when stationary

When I am stopped the user reports are not cycling through for the radius I have selected, also no matter which radius I choose the user reports do not cycle through. The only thing that shows up is the specials at Taco Bell.

Anyone having the sameproblem or know how to correct the problem? I have tried reinstalling the app and changiing the radius with no change.

I am using waze on an iPhone 5
