Group not searchable/ resolved under search function

Hi. New user here. I have tried several times to join the RDF group but it does not become available under the search function. Any suggestions? Thanks

Started a Group, and I see the same issue where some invited people can not join. a work around of being able to join through the Dashboard would be nice.
