Out of State Destinations

Trying to put some favorites into WAZE for my upcoming vacation to Las Vegas. When I search, with the complete address (9777 s las vegas blvd; las vegas, nv 89183) I don't get that address at all.

What comes up are multiple addresses including a Las Vegas Rd in Jacksonville FL, Las Vegas Ln in Ensley FL, Las Vegas Dr in Hopkinsville KY, and Vegas Dr in Monre LA. I'm in Chicago so not near any of these areas.

Is there another way to get a specific address entered so I can have the places I want to go in my phone ready for when I get there? I'd rather not take my bulky GPS as it seems like a waste of time to me, but looks like that's my option to have everything set up before I go.

Have you tried expanding the Boulevard? Also, you can navigate to POIs so if there was a hotel you are staying at, you can nav directly there :-)

There is currently a limit of ~1000 miles for search - this is more than one can drive in a day anyway. It is best to pick a waypoint or two and just set that as your destination each day.

You can add those addresses to your contact list and just use those results once you get there.

To add what Andy said, also try running your addresses thru on the live map online. Just to verify your routing and pin locations are in the right spot.

What Andy wrote is spot-on. You won't get results at all if it's over 1000 miles away.
