Editor for hire

Postby dmcconachie » Fri Sep 30, 2011 12:41 pm

Folks, I've had a few requests recently and more than happy to troubleshoot or lend a hand where I can anywhere in the UK. As such, please fill out this form if you need a hand with anything. No promises of magical solutions but I'll take a look asap and fix whatever I can!

The more detail you can get into the request the better but no essays please! ;-)

Well if I may be so bold....you could start with the whole SE of England mwahahaha  Just messing I'll get there ;)
Update Requests are 140 pages worth and the buggers are not going down despite 3-4 hours a day working through them

That's both good and bad. Problem up here is we're still not quite at a useful mass of users. Get a text to put at the end of your UR to try and entice them into editing!

Point of this "Editor for hire" idea is more as a troubleshooter than mass requests! Plenty of the latter myself! :)

May I ask where I can find this list of requests for the UK? Wouldn't mind working through some myself.

Will do D thanks for the idea :) But yeah it's pretty hectic down here...nothing I can't handle though and haven;t stepped on any toes yet that I know of, but if I do a good job and follow the Wiki conventions I don't see why it'll be a problem. Btw I was just messing around :)

What's this list then? I assume you're referring to the RSS feeds which afaik aren't setup yet for the UK, just the US.
