If only they could actually update those same borders to include coastlines in the app/livemap!

He still pops up on the map sometimes, so he's still using.

Lowestoft - No permissions as country manager

Also mentioned at the Palo Alto meet up - at some time in the future Area Manager requests will be via pre-defined areas vs selecting an area and Permalinking it.

I think that it is only the editing area in Papyrus that is wrong. You can edit roads with key shortcuts, and save them with any permission errors.

There are a couple tricks you can do to get around the problem:
1. select a road, and change the directionality with the 'r' shortcut. After saving, you'll be able to edit the road's properties (and restore the directionality).
2. edit the roads in old Cartouche. Any road you touch will become editable in Papyrus, though junctions will still need to be dealt with in Cartouche.

Ideally though we need to get Waze to fix the UK boundaries.

Oddly, it's not simply a longitude thing, as I can edit down by Penzance no problem.

I think the editing boundary is defined by the coastline as it appears in the Livemap. For example, in Bournemouth I can edit Exeter Rd north of the roundabout, but not Bath Rd that goes south-east. Looking at Lowerstoft, I could see a correlation between where I could edit, and the coastline.

[Edit: Nope, I was wrong]
