Can anyone (Area manager perhaps) help to edit the section of Tong Road, Leeds shown in this permalink

The road is shown as two single direction carriageways but is just a bidirectional road with a bit of cross hatching in the middle.
I am unable to delete the extra sections for some un known reason although I can change the geometry and road details.

I've edited the road into a single 2-way carriageway.
