Navigation voice messed up

When I'm going on a routed destination, the voice instructions are messed up. Instead of telling me to turn left on main street, I just hear turn - on - street. It does the same thing when trying to use the hands free voice commands to report an event. I'm using the latest waze Android update on a galaxy s2 with Android version 4.0.4, ICS I believe.

This is a known issue with Samsung GS2 4.0.4..Pulled this from an old thread:

This was a problem introduced when samsung went from 4.0.3 to 4.0.4 when building the final ICS rom for the E4GT. I have a fix posted here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthr ... ?t=1780585 but it does require you to root the phone. Seeing how things are going, the issue probably won't be resolved through official channels as the E4GT is no longer available from Sprint. They have shifted their stock to Boost Mobile.

Just updated my phone to Jellybean 4.1.2

No more problems!!

Just follow the step by step instructions, it really isn't that hard. Just make sure you back up your contacts, pics, etc..(just in case something does go wrong).
