Odd routing seemingly from a different origin

This just popped up:

It looks like the routing engine thinks the user was coming south on US 23 (when they were obviously west on I-270). Any idea what's up with that?

Can't tell without knowing the final destination. Most likely it was trying to get them back on 270W
