Add GPS coordination figures?

I'm using Android smartphone, ice cream sandwich.

Is Waze, allow user to manually enter "GPS" figures, as for instance : favorite; ad hoc use?
The reason to ask this is Because I did not find such function from Waze, correct me if i'm wrong.

You can enter longitude, latitude in the search box.
