I've been using the auto-learn routes to work and home feature. I don't find it to be very useful. I don't want it giving me directions to the same route I take every day. I know that route by heart. It's distracting to have it talking when it's adding no value. When traveling to and from frequent destinations it should only speak up if there is a need to divert form the default route.
(I searched the forum before posting and didn't find anything on this topic.)

Then turn off the auto-learn option. Keep in mind that if you don't allow Waze to be in nav mode, you will not get auto-rerouting due to unforeseen traffic conditions like accidents.
