Something changed in the route offerings since 2/15 to the routing offered from my work to home commute. I work off of Windy Hill Rd and commute home through Gwinnett County. My primary route has always been New Northside on-ramp to I-285 East around to I-85 North (Spaghetti Junction). The normal alternate route if I-285 is busy is I-75 South to I-85 North which is around 9 miles longer, but sometimes faster depending on traffic. Prior to 2/15, Waze would offer 3 routes from my office to home, giving me 2 routes to I-285 East and 1 to I-75 South. Since 2/15, it now only offers two routes to I-75 South and even manual requests won't give me the I-285 route. If I proceed on the I-285 route anyway and ignore the offered route, it will constantly update the route to take me back to I-75 South until I get very close to Roswell Road. At that point it will offer surface street options to bypass the segment of I-285 between Roswell Road and Ashford Dunwoody Rd. When I get close to the Glenridge/400 exit, it offers Glenridge exit and back onto I-285 at Ashford Dunwoody. If I keep going, it will basically get confused (no updates/no route) until I get to about the Marta overpass just before the Ashford Dunwoody exit at which time it will give me the route to home via I-285. It acts like the segment of I-285 between the Glenridge exit until just past the US 19/400 exit doesn't exist and therefore can't be used for a route.
I brought up the map editor to see if anything showed up as odd on the map and didn't see any items. I also checked the status page and saw nothing that would indicate what I'm experiencing...
Any ideas?
