Suggested route frequently ignored (automatically detected)

Post by ispyisail
Hi all

There appears to be a new feature "Suggested route frequently ignored"

The problem is im not sure how to answer

Code: Select all

Suggested route frequently ignored (automatically detected)

Problem: Most users did not follow the suggested route
What to do: Check whether the route is allowed
Suggested route frequently ignored (automatically detected)
Report as:Open Solved Not identified
I have decided that the route is allowed and no change is required

Do I tick "Solved" or "Not identified"?

What will the results be for both options?

"Frequently ignored route" is a new type of MP that's a few months old. I get the strong impression that the automatic generation of MPs is only run occasionally, so you may have just seen them for the first time.

Generally, the problem with this particular MP is that it doesn't include much of the tracks, so it can be tough to find the problem - if there is one causing it.

As to how do you answer them? Always put "solved"! There are some paid (under-paid?) editors employed by Waze commonly known as IGN editors. They are well-known on the forums for the questionable editing they do and common opinion is that you don't want to attract their attentions to your area. Marking automatic MPs as "not identified" is reckoned to be a good way to do this, so always mark MPs as "solved".
